At Vedic Bridge, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it fair and simple. Please read our return and refund terms below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
- In its original packaging with all tags intact;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation).
Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered;
- Items missing original tags or packaging;
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery;
- Final-sale, clearance, or specially discounted items marked as non-returnable;
- Personalised or made-to-order items, if applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We inspect every order before it ships, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vedicbridge@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — and you won't bear any return shipping cost in these cases.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or variant, we're happy to help with an exchange, subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we'll offer you a refund or store credit instead.
Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
If a refund is delayed beyond this period, please reach out and we'll follow up for you.
Return Shipping Costs
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
