These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Account Terms

You may browse our store without an account, but creating one makes ordering easier. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Product Descriptions

We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including designs, materials, and the scripture references associated with each piece. However, slight variations in colour, print, fit, or finish may occur due to screen settings, photography, and the nature of printing and manufacturing. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed through our approved payment methods at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and correct. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we are not obligated to fulfil an order at the incorrect price and will inform you before proceeding.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your item(s). We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order — for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to deliver to your location. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and our logistics partners, and are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. 7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. In general, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable where noted. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time. 8. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as quickly as possible at vedicbridge@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our designs, artwork, logos, brand name, graphics, text, and the creative pairing of imagery with scripture references — is the property of Vedic Bridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or use any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. The scriptures themselves are part of our shared heritage; our specific artwork, layouts, and creative expression of them are not.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website to: violate any law or regulation; infringe our intellectual property or that of others; upload harmful or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; submit false or misleading information; or engage in any activity that disrupts the website or harms other users. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspending access, for any misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our products and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedic Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which cannot be waived.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
