At Vedic Bridge, we want your order to reach you smoothly and on time. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
During sales, festivals, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Metro cities: 4-7 business days
- Rest of India: 6-10 business days
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are no hidden surprises. Any free-shipping offers, when available, will be shown on the website and applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send your tracking number by email and/or SMS so you can follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking details within 5-6 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
Accurate Delivery Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we can only update the address before the order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues & Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, regional disruptions, courier backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control. While we can't control these, we're always here to help track your order and follow up with the courier.
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at vedicbridge@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, or the package is unclaimed and returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Any additional shipping cost for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within India. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay connected with us for updates.
